I’ve spent the last twelve years building the behind-the-scenes systems that let businesses grow without burning out the person running them. Basically, I’m who founders call when the whole thing is held together with sticky notes, good intentions, and sheer willpower.

I got hired by the world’s largest coffee chain to run operations.. multi-million-dollar P&Ls, leadership training, manager development, the whole engine.
In a country that wasn’t mine, in a language that wasn’t my first.
(Yes, I learned to talk operations in Dutch. Casual.)
And I was good at it.
But I still remember the exact feeling of being done; worn out more by the commute than the work. Fidgeting with my train pass to pass the time. Biking from the station to the office in the pouring Dutch rain, again.
Somewhere on one of those rides it clicked: I’m not built for the 9-to-5.
My gift was never running someone else’s operation. It was teaching entrepreneurs to run theirs like the owner they actually are, instead of an employee who doesn’t carry the vision.
That’s the whole reason I do this. My family is my why, and my mission is to put this in the hands of tens of thousands of entrepreneurs and I’m just getting started.
